I did know that making a companion of Zisha teaware will make the tea more “beautiful” in time. I didn’t know that the tea will not go bad if kept in the Zisha clay teaware. That’s good to know. I suppose I could then keep tea for half a day in my Yi Xing cups and it would still be good to drink. (I wouldn’t keep it any longer because I’d want to drink it.)
